Fighting the Plastic Pandemic in Jackson Hole

The United Nations Environment Programme estimates that there are 46,000 pieces of plastic debris floating on or near the surface of every square mile of ocean.  The world could use a little less plastic and Resort Jackson Hole is working hard to do its part. Instead of stocking guest rooms with plastic water bottles, the Resort provides ceramic water pitchers designed by a local artist.  At the ski concierge where water bottles were notoriously wasted, Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole installed a water station with biodegradable cups.  These small changes have made a significant impact – the Resort saves 7,000 water bottles each month.
